Noting
their authorship as participants and trying to close the chapter on Piero
Manzoni signing the model’s body.
I went across from the Museum to wash dishes in Le Petit Diable. After
eating, people brought their dishes from the dining room to the kitchen
and videotaped me while I washed their dishes. Afterwards each signed
my body and the room in which they ate. I also signed the room and the
signatures, with a project description, remain in the restaurant. |

For Les Abatoirs, Toulouse, and Le Petit Diable Restaurant. Dishes washed
for two days, approximately six hours each day. During the length of the
exhibition, a copy of the videotape played in the restaurant.
